Career prospects

M.A. European Studies course offerings relate to practice-oriented research questions and help students to develop skills relevant for future employability. The programme prepares them to take up jobs in EU institutions, domestic institutions dealing with EU affairs, think tanks and non-governmental organizations, as well as in companies with international operations. Guest speakers from the EU institutions, dedicated career days, visits by programme alumni, internships, and the annual Brussels study trip provide opportunities to connect with future employers.

Job opportunities

Job opportunities for European Studies´ graduates can be found within a wide ranging and growing labour market. Graduates shall be able to interpret and apply scientific findings and methods in professional practice. The programme prepares students for management and/or academic work at universities, non-governmental and governmental organizations as well as private companies on a national, international and transnational level.
